Josh Bridgeman
Josh has worked in the lettings industry for over a decade and obtained his industry qualification in 2016. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of properties and build strong, lasting relationships within the sector.
With extensive experience across all areas of lettings and property management, Josh has progressed through various roles, culminating in his position as Lettings Manager within a large corporate estate agency. He subsequently went on to lead and expand a successful independent agency in the local area. Building on this experience, Josh took the next step in his professional journey by founding his own business—Signature Sales & Lettings.
Courtney Chamberlain
Courtney has a near decade of experience in the rental industry and successfully achieved her ARLA qualification in 2025. Known for her approachable yet highly driven manner, she consistently delivers outstanding customer service and frequently receives positive feedback from clients.
A long-time resident of the area, Courtney has spent the past 28 years building a deep understanding of the local property market. It was inevitable that Courtneys drive and ambition meant that she was able to take the next step in her professional journey by founding her own business—Signature Sales & Lettings.
Myah Taylor
Myah brings nine years of experience in the lettings industry, having worked across both large corporate agencies and, more recently, within local independent firms. She holds the nationally recognised Level 3 ARLA Qualification in Lettings and Property Management, a professional milestone we were proud to support her in achieving.
Most recently, Myah served as an Assistant Manager at a local agency before taking a short career break to welcome her first child. Her depth of industry knowledge, professional qualifications, and proven leadership experience make her a valuable addition to our already well-established team. We are confident that she will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of Signature Sales & Lettings.
Giovanni Amoroso
Gio brings over 17 years of experience in the property industry and possesses extensive local knowledge and expertise in residential sales. He began his career with one of the UK’s largest corporate estate agencies and has held a variety of positions, progressing from Sales Negotiator to Branch Manager.
Gio is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and takes great pride in ensuring that the process of buying or selling a property is as smooth and stress-free as possible. While primarily focused on listing new properties and working with clients in the field, he remains readily available and is always willing to assist in any capacity to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Jenny Gordon
Jenny began her career in Estate Agency in 2003, swiftly progressing to the role of Branch Valuer through her dedication, professionalism, and passion for helping clients find their ideal homes. After a career break in 2006 to raise her family, she returned to the industry in 2023 with renewed focus and drive - immediately making a remarkable impact by selling 15 properties in a single month, setting a new company record.
Renowned for her approachable manner and commitment to excellence, Jenny consistently delivers a first-class service. Her friendly nature and extensive industry knowledge make her a trusted and highly valued member of the team.
