Turning Property into Purpose This Festive Season

This year, Signature Sales & Lettings are proud to be partnering with local homelessness charity SMART! to support those in our community who need it most. Together, we’re launching our Christmas Shoe Box Campaign—an initiative filled with compassion, community spirit, and a desire to make Christmas brighter for those facing homelessness.

Across the UK, homelessness continues to rise. It’s estimated that at Christmas 2024, 354,000 people were without a home—161,500 of them children. These numbers are heart-breaking, and they remind us how important it is for businesses and communities to come together and take action.

That’s why, this Christmas, we’re asking for your help.

We are inviting our clients, partners and local residents to donate items that will be packed into festive shoeboxes and delivered to individuals supported by SMART. Each box will include a mix of essentials, treats and a little festive kindness.

We are currently collecting the following donations:

• Non-perishable foods
• Toiletries
• Underwear (new)
• Socks
• Gloves & hats

Every item—large or small—helps us bring comfort, warmth and hope to someone who needs it.

With your support, we can transform simple shoeboxes into meaningful gifts for those who may otherwise go without this Christmas. Join us in turning property into purpose and spreading kindness throughout our community.
